In the period between 29 June and 4 July 2019, the Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic received one application on the kidnapping of a man by officers of the Security Service of Ukraine.
According to the latest data, there are 251 persons in custody of Ukraine, including 102 persons whose presence in the territory of Ukraine has been confirmed.
Last week, the Ombudsman’s Office didn’t receive any appeals on missing persons. As of 4 July 2019, there are 461 missing persons registered.
