Since 2014, the organization has been implementing projects in Donbass, and also helps refugees from combat zones in other regions of the Russian Federation. In turn, interaction with the human rights institution of the DPR gives an NPO the opportunity to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of assistance to those in need, to increase the number of beneficiaries.

As part of the meeting, Daria Morozova and Olga Demicheva discussed the socio-humanitarian situation in the Republic and priority areas of cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the coverage of the needs of school children living in the frontline areas.

In addition, given that the “Spravedlivaya pomosch Doctora Lizi” specializes in the provision of medical care to citizens, a number of relevant topics in the field of healthcare were also voiced. In particular, today, it is important to unify approaches to conducting medical documentation in accordance with the standards of the Russian Federation in the Republic. First of all, we are talking about the possibility of issuing a certificate on form 057/U-04, which is a referral for treatment in Russian hospitals. As well as on the discovery of the republican departments to access to the base of electronic sick leaves issued to patients from the Republic in other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

For her part, Daria Morozova intends to seek operational assistance in eliminating these gaps to the Russian human rights community and the competent authorities of the Republic.
