On behalf of the Ombudsman’s Office I congratulate citizens of the Russian Federation on the National Flag Day.
Throughout the world the flag represents mighty and strength of the country. This is a proud symbol of the State. The flag of the Russian Federation embodies history, nobility, courage and allegiance of the citizens. This tricoloured flag is an example of unity, continuity of generations and an unbreakable faith in the power of the Motherland.
Dear Russians, may your hearts always be full of pride for the flag and the great powerful state, where you were born! On this day I wish prosperity, stability and peace to your State! May every citizen of Russia be healthy, happy and proud of their country.
