Our land has always been famous for its sportsmen and sports tradition. Unfortunately, now there are not many opportunities to develop sports in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Many sports facilities have been destroyed as a result of hostilities. However, despite all the difficulties, sports industry continues to develop. For many citizens of the country, sports and physical culture have become an integral part of life. I am glad that more and more children and young people of Donbass are becoming interested in a healthy lifestyle. Due to their purposefulness, the young athletes of the Republic achieve high results in competitions of various levels, honourably representing their homeland.
