Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War, dear citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic! I congratulate you on the 75th anniversary of liberation of Donbass from German-fascist invaders.
On this festive and, at the same time, sad day, we bow our heads in respect to the memory of those who showed heroism, courage and love for the Motherland, protecting Donbass from invaders with their own lives. 75 years ago, our great-grandfathers, grandfathers and fathers brought peace and freedom back to our land, brought us a peaceful life. All honour to veterans who are among us today! Memory eternal to their comrades fallen in battles for Donetsk land!
The heroic past of our people is the foundation of the future. The courage and bravery shown by soldiers during liberation of Donbass are an example to follow for the present young generation of defenders of the Republic.
Dear veterans, I wish you good health and high spirits, love and attention from relatives and loved ones. All honour to liberators, heroes and victors!
