Today, February 20, World Day of Social Justice is observed, which was unanimously supported by 192 states of the world at the 62nd session of the UN General Assembly in 2007. It helps to eradicate poverty, and to prevent discrimination on the realization of human rights and freedoms.

Dear residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic! I congratulate you on the World Day of Social Justice! May you always have the right of choice, feel valuable in every sphere of life and never lose sense of self-confidence. Let’s be patient and kind to each other, may the respect for human dignity become the basis of human relationships! Let’s build a state where social justice will become the goal translated into reality.
