Dear small residents of the Republic! I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the International Children’s Day!
This important Day reminds all of us, adults, that we have a huge responsibility for the younger generation. Children are above all for people, for the society, and for the state. Our task is to realize every child’s right to quiet and safe life, education, leisure, ability to communicate with peers, and expression.
All children in our world have the right to carefree and secure childhood. May every child be surrounded with care and support of the loving family, may they can always feel the warmth and tenderness of mother’s hands!
