Greeting from Daria Morozova on Mechanical Engineer’s Day

I congratulate the workers and veterans of the machine-building complex of the Donetsk People’s Republic on their professional holiday!

Machines are first assistants of a human in all spheres of life. Technological equipment ensures the productivity of key production processes in agriculture, housing and communal services, construction, coal mining, and metallurgy. The same applied to everyday life because it is difficult to imagine how uncomfortable life can be without modern home appliances.

Therefore, the professional holiday of machine builders concerns everyone, but especially the residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Mechanical engineering has been and remains the backbone of the Donbas economy. The prosperity of the entire industrial complex and the future of the state as a whole depend on the development of this industry. Today, this has become even more evident. The machine-builders of the DPR responded with dignity to the challenges of wartime, were directly involved in ensuring the defence capability and financial stability of their country. You managed to reorient and develop manufacture, to master the production of new types of products, which are in demand not only in the DPR but also occupy competitive positions on the international market.

Thank you for your loyalty to the Fatherland, selfless work, extraordinary ideas and innovations. I wish you good health, prosperity and a peaceful sky over your head.
