Dear veterans, defenders of the Republic, dear countrymen! I wholeheartedly congratulate you on Donbas liberation Day from the Nazi invaders!
This is a sacred holiday for each of us, which is especially felt in the realities of today.
As in the years of the Great Patriotic War, the inhabitants of Donbass once again stood up for the defence of the Motherland, historical memory, primordial spiritual and cultural values. And in this struggle, the courage, steadfastness and fidelity to duty, which were demonstrated by front-line soldiers and home front workers during the Second World War, serve as a guide for us. It is in the immortal feat of our heroic ancestors that we draw strength to resist Ukrainian aggression, to liberate and revive our native land.
Low bow to the liberators and defenders of Donbass! We express sincere gratitude to all who continue the fight against fascism today.
I wish to all compatriots good health, mental strength, perseverance on the path to Victory and the long-awaited Peace. We have to be worthy of the glory of our ancestors!
