I believe that the memory of the immortal feat of those who faithfully carried out their duty, who with their own lives stood up against the enemy, who defended the right of Donbass people to determine their own future, will be transmitted from generation to generation. This day has gained a special significance in recent years, when you proved, by deeds, not by words, love of freedom and stayed faithful to culture-historical identity, dignity and honor, strength and courage, willingness and determination to fight for the truth and win – all that has been embodied in our young Donetsk People’s Republic.
