Dear servicemen and veterans, our defenders! I sincerely congratulate you on the 8th anniversary of the formation of the People’s Militia Department of the Donetsk People’s Republic!
The servicemen of the DPR are an example of incredible fortitude, bravery and courage. The People’s Militia Department was created in order to protect the interests of the Republic and its inhabitants. All these difficult years, you stand up for the ideals and values of the Russian world, personifying the strength and resilience of Donbass. And today, in the course of a special military operation, you honourably carry out the most difficult tasks to liberate your native land from Ukrainian neo-Nazism.
I thank our soldiers for their daily feat, valour, devotion to the Motherland and loyalty to our people! I wish you good health, prosperity and victories on all fronts!
