Dear military personnel and veterans, our defenders! I sincerely congratulate you on a truly historic date – the anniversary of the formation of the People’s Militia Department of the Donetsk People’s Republic!
From the very beginning of the armed conflict in Donbass, it was the military personnel of the DPR People’s Militia Department who were forced to take up arms to protect the civilian population of their native land, becoming a shield against Ukrainian Nazism and terrorism.
As then, today you stand strong for the ideals and values of the Russian world, personifying the strength and resilience of Donbass as Russian military personnel carrying out the most difficult tasks to liberate our land with honor and dignity.
