I congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
The Constitution at all times was the personification of a developed statehood, citizenship and democracy. The adoption of the basic law of the country approved the rights, freedoms and equality of every person, regardless of nationality, origin, religion.
I am sure that by consistently realizing the constructive potential of the country’s fundamental law, we will be able to make our life more comfortable and reach a new level of socio-economic development.
