I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the city day of Donetsk!
Donetsk is the heart of Donbass. Personifying resilience, courage, diligence and beauty, it rightfully bears the title of “Hero City”.
In 2023, Donetsk for the first time celebrates another anniversary of its founding as part of the Russian Federation. Despite the Ukrainian aggression, the economic blockade and the daily terrorist attacks by the AFU, the capital of the DPR has rightfully become part of the great Motherland.
Despite the hostilities, all of Russia is working together for the benefit of the development of the city today. Schools and hospitals are being restored, roads are being repaired, and new infrastructure is being built. I have no doubt that after the Victory our capital will become one of the most beautiful, comfortable and promising cities in Russia!
