The procedure of the exchange of detainees between the Donetsk People’s Republic and the state of Ukraine is started in accordance with the previously agreed formula by the parties of 11 on 9.
It should be remembered that the participants of the Contact Group on the peacefull settlement of the conflict in Donbass agreed on the exchange of detainees before the beginning of Easter Holidays.
