Between 16 and 22 August 2019, the Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic received one appeal on arrest by staff of Ukrainian special services of a man born in 1979. At the moment, he is in Kharkov SIZO.
According to the updated figures, the Ukrainian side holds 256 people, including 103 people, whose presence in the territory of Ukraine has been confirmed.
Last week, no appeals on missing persons were accepted. As of 23 August 2019, there are 460 people in the list of the missing.
