On 3 October 2018, between 11 am and 1 pm, at the Administration of Novoazovsk region (6 Lenina str., Novoazovsk), DPR Ombudsman Office will hold an on-site reception of citizens on issues of protecting their rights and freedoms.
During the reception, citizens can personally approach Ombudsman through Ombudsman Office representatives in case of violation or their rights or with the view to restore their rights, to lodge a complaint against decisions or actions (inaction) of state bodies, local authorities, officials, civil servants, if the applicant earlier appealed these decisions or actions (inaction) in court or by administrative means, but he/she does not agree with the decisions made.
