Ombudsman Office in the Donetsk People’s Republic and International Committee of the Red Cross continue cooperation for improving living conditions in Temporary Accommodation Centres.
Wooden window frames have been replaced with new plastic glazing in one of the TACs of the Ombudsman Office. In total, 46 new windows were installed, which solved a problem of a heat loss in the building, where families with small children live.
We would like to add that 135 wall lights and 36 faucets, as well as building materials (paint, cement and sand), were also delivered to TACs.
We remind that this is not the first time when the Ombudsman Office and ICRC provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons. Earlier, household appliances were delivered to TACs of the Ombudsman Office in Donetsk and Khartsyzk.
