The Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic, together with the charitable organization “STRANA 7Ya”, assisted in sending children affected as a result of the shelling from the AFU, as well as from the most dangerous regions of the Republic, to a recreational holiday in Yevpatoria. Some parents were escorting them.
Health-improving events were held from 7 to 23 July on the territory of the sanatorium “Zdravnitsa”. In total, 38 people were sent on vacation.
The Ombudsman thanks everyone involved in this event and expresses deep gratitude for the assistance to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health of the DPR.
Such actions are especially necessary for the children of Donbass, who constantly live in the conditions of the ongoing aggression of the AFU against the civilian population.
