On 27 March 2019, from 11 am to 1 pm, in the assembly hall of the Administration of Dokuchaevsk (22 Nezavisimosti Str.), the DPR Human Rights Ombudsman’s Office is holding an on-site reception of citizens to give advice on issues of protecting their rights and freedoms.
At the reception, citizens will have the opportunity to ask human rights defenders questions regarding human rights violation and restoration, to receive clarification on the procedure of filing a complaint against actions (omission) of state authorities and officials of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Please be sure that you have the following documents with you:
– Applicant’s identity document (original and photocopy);
– Copies of responses to complaints submitted earlier;
– Copies to decisions (if any) taken on his/her complaint, subjected to judicial or administrative review.
Please note that complaints submitted by citizens’ representatives must be accompanied by documents proving their authority (copy of the legal services agreement or a copy of the notarized power of attorney).
