A video conference of the Minsk humanitarian subgroup on the exchange of POWs will take place on July 31, said the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR Daria Morozova.
“The discussion of the exchange of POWs will take place on July 31 through video-conference,” she said.
Earlier today the Ukrainian representative at the humanitarian subgroup Irina Geraschenko announced the talks to be held on July 31 via Skype.
