According to DPR Human Rights Ombudsman Daria Morozova, DPR and Ukraine will continue to coordinate the lists of detainees for the next prisoner exchange as part of the Minsk negotiations scheduled for February 14.
“At the Minsk meeting, we will discuss why the Ukrainian side offered us only certain people instead of providing a list of all confirmed persons to perform the exchange under “all confirmed for all confirmed” format,” she said.
Morozova highlighted that it will only be possible to be more specific about preparation for the next prisoner exchange after the meeting in the capital of Belarus.
We remind that the prisoner exchange is one of the key issues discussed at the meetings devoted to peaceful settlement of the conflict. As reported earlier, DPR hope to perform the procedure in February, expecting about 80 supporters back.
