The Donetsk People’s Republic expects to release 84 persons from Ukrainian captivity as part of the next stage of the prisoner exchange. Today, this was announced by Daria Morozova, the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR.

To be reminded, the last exchange of prisoners between the Republics and Ukraine transpired on December 27, 2017. Kiev handed over 160 DPR supporters, and 57 persons were handed over to the Ukrainian side. Until then, there were no exchanges for more than year.
