The Security Service of Ukraine Colonel and United Nation Organization Humanitarian Mission alleged worker has taken part in tortures and interrogations of the DPR supporters. It has been reported by Denis Pushilin, the DPR plenipotentiary at the negotiations of the Contact Group in Minsk.

“The DPR law enforcement agencies received the data on Yury Suprun’s involvement in organizing reconnaissance subversive activities on the territory of the Republic in 2014, aimed at undermining the situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic,” pointed out Denis Pushilin.

According to him, there were gathered reports of witnesses, confirming the facts of Yury Suprun’s participation in the interrogations of 11 DPR supporters arrested by the Security Service of Ukraine along the Donetsk region, using tortures.

To be recalled, on September 17 the exchange under formula “two for four” transpired between Ukraine and the DPR. Kiev returned four civilians born in 1941, 1948, 1966 and 1971 to the DPR. The Ukrainian side received Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine Yury Suprun in exchange for them. As previously reported by the press service of the Ministry of State Security of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Suprun called himself a representative of the UN mission working in Donetsk, but he did not provide any evidence. Another man, according to the Ministry of State Security of the Donetsk People’s Republic, is Ukrainian commando Vladimir Zhemchugov, who committed a series of terrorist attacks in Lugansk People’s Republic and conveyed intelligence information to the SSU.
