Vladimir Tsemakh, abducted by the special services of Ukraine, was secretly removed from the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to the daughter of the victim, at the moment he is in the SBU SIZO (detention centre) in Kiev.
The DPR Human Rights Ombudsman Daria Morozova sent written requests to international human rights organizations asking for a legal assessment of the fact and circumstances of the abduction of Vladimir Tsemakh and visiting the man at the place of detention in order to assess his health state and conditions of detention.
Daria Morozova added that this issue will also be raised at the next meeting of the Humanitarian Subgroup in Minsk.
