We want to show the world community that the Republic is open for dialogue and transparent in all matters, including the issue of the exchange of prisoners. Tomorrow we will organize a visit by the Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission to captured Ukrainian military, which will demonstrate that they are held in accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Conventions. I note that we are ready to exchange prisoners in accordance with the Minsk agreements and insist on their mandatory and step-by-step implementation.
