Daria Morozova will take part in online conference dedicated to problems of Ukraine’s war crimes in Donbass

On 25 November 2021 at 13:00 an online conference will be held on the basis of the international multimedia press centre “Russia Today” on the topic: “Opalennaya pamyat Donbassa: voyennyye prestupleniya ukrainskoy armii i novyye dannyye o massovykh ubiystvakh grazhdanskogo naseleniya.”

Participants:

– Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic Daria MOROZOVA;

– First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Luhansk People’s Republic Anna SOROKA;

– Head of the Bureau of Forensic Medicine of the Donetsk People’s Republic Dmitry KALASHNIKOV;

– member of the Public Chamber of the Luhansk People’s Republic Sergey BELOV.

The interim results of the large-scale work of the Interdepartmental bodies of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics on the search for burials of the victims of the Ukrainian aggression, the genetic identification of the discovered remains and the perpetuation of the memory of the victims will be presented.

The participants of the event will discuss the prospects for transferring materials of expert examinations from the places of burial sites in the LPR and DPR to international courts, as well as the topic of bringing to justice the Ukrainian servicemen accused of war crimes. There will be a presentation of the website “Tragedy of Donbass” with photo and video evidence of the genocide of the civilian population of Donbass.

In order to minimize the risks of the spread of coronavirus, all events are held online.
