Today, the VI International human rights scientific-practical conference, dedicated to the problems of the protection of youth rights, is being held in Moscow.
The event is held at the initiative of the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova. It is attended by more than 20 ombudsmen of foreign countries and representatives of international organizations, including UNHCR in the Russian Federation, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the European Institute of Ombudsmen, parliamentarians, commissioners for human rights in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and representatives of the civil and scientific communities.
Among the questions planned for discussion are the issues of guaranteeing the protection of the rights of young people who have left for evacuation, as well as mobilized.
I am sure that the discussion will be fruitful. As a result of the conference, a Resolution is expected to be adopted, which will reflect specific proposals for solving urgent youth problems.
