A mother of Skrypnik Victor Alexandrovich, 28.05.1987, held in Mariupol remand prison, appealed to the DPR Ombudsman. She was concerned about her son’s poor state of health. According to the woman, Skrypnik V.A. suffers from severe migraines, he can hardly breathe because his ribs had been broken, and his eyesight is getting worse.
Daria Morozova asked OSCE and ICRC representatives to visit Skrypnik V.A., check his health condition, and to ensure that the detention conditions are consistent with the norms of the international humanitarian law.
