Condolences from Daria Morozova on anniversary of passing of Arsen Pavlov

News

October 16 is a tragic date in the history of the Donetsk People’s Republic. On this day four years ago, the legendary commander of the “Sparta” battalion, colonel of the DPR Armed Forces, Hero of the Republic Arsen Pavlov (“Motorola”) was killed.

I will always remember “Motorola” as a real patriot and a brave warrior. He selflessly defended the interests of the inhabitants of the Republic and the Russian world at the forefront. Under his leadership, soldiers of “Sparta” participated in key military operations, including fierce battles for Ilovaisk, Donetsk airport, Debaltsevo.

His call sign was a symbol of the strength and fortitude of Donbas. Residents of the Republic knew that if Motorola went to a hot spot, the enemy would certainly be defeated. Ukrainian propagandists have repeatedly spread false messages about the death of Arsen Pavlov in battles to break the spirit and faith of the Donbas people in victory. But he always came back alive…

He continues to live because heroes do not die! The memory of his exploits will forever remain in the hearts and souls of millions of people.

I would ask the family and friends of Arsen Pavlov to accept my sincere condolences and words of support. I remember and grieve with you.
