On 19 September, a meeting in Minsk started from the speech of the Coordinator of the Humanitarian Subgroup Tony Frisch. The OSCE Ambassador thanked the Republic representatives for organizing confidential meetings with detainees held in penitentiary institutions. Also, he told about his visit to Ukraine, where he visited Kharkov, Bakhmut and Starobelsk.
I want to highlight that the official Kiev representatives did not attend the today’s meeting. We see this as a sabotage of implementation of Minsk Meeting by the Ukrainian side. It was impossible to fully discuss any of the issues of the agenda due to the absence of the official representatives. There is a lack understanding what to do next.
