Information on social networks was spread that Ukrainian POWs were subjected to torture and ill-treatment in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Daria Morozova, Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic, commented on these reports in the interview to a correspondent of the official website of the DPR.
