We have good news. Another 14 defenders of the Republic, released from Ukrainian captivity, are returning home. These fighters became participants of the exchange between Russia and Ukraine, which took place on December 31, 2022. On the territory of other subjects of the Russian Federation, our guys received priority medical care and are going home now.
This group of exchanged DPR servicemen includes both mobilized and guys who went to the front as volunteers. I do admire the courage of our defenders. Of course, the bullying in enemy captivity, which the fighters talk about in our video, did not go unnoticed.
The released fighters need comprehensive medical and psychological assistance. They need to be rehabilitated. But they don’t lose heart. On the contrary, they think about what is ahead and how to bring the long-awaited victory. They are real patriots. That is the power of the character of Donbass.
